Weekly AICU
Hi creators, this is the AICU editorial team — "Creating people who create". Here is this week's pick from the creative-AI frontline in Japan.
We are exhibiting at Generative AI Nandemo Expo Vol.6 — Tokyo, Wednesday 23 September.
Japan's largest fan-run showcase for people who make things with generative AI: around 250 exhibitor groups bringing works, personal services, AI characters, robots, video, music, art, games and electronics. You can try the work and talk to the person who made it.

AICU Japan is exhibiting at booth A-7 / A-8. We will run an entry desk for the International AI Creator Award 2026 there. With the on-site code, we plan to verify your work and waive the entry fee on the day.

12:00-17:30, with lightning talks from 16:00. Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center, Hamamatsucho Hall 5F (Tokyo Port City Takeshiba) - about 5 minutes from Hamamatsucho Station.

If you cannot come, entries are open online as well. Nominations and first-round entries close on 24 September (Anywhere on Earth, i.e. 21:00 JST on 25 September), and public voting runs from 26 October to 15 November.
